Hilary Tanner
Hilary Tanner is Chief Operating Officer of ICW. She brings more than 20 years of experience from Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated investment firms. During her tenure at Bridgewater, Hilary led complex operational initiatives that supported significant AUM growth, built and managed high-performing teams, and helped implement innovative, industry-leading processes across multiple operational functions. She developed deep relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, with a focus on collaboration, scalability, and long-term alignment.
At ICW, Hilary oversees business operations and business development, applying institutional discipline and operational rigor to support the firm’s growth.

Hilary graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. She was also President of the Colgate chapter of Omicron Delta Epsilon, National Economics Honor Society.
