Pedro Paes

Pedro is an Investment Research Intern at ICW Holdings, supporting the

research team across equity analysis, macroeconomic scenarios, and the

development of new strategies and portfolios. He also helps consolidate and automate internal processes and data workflows as the firm continues

building its research infrastructure. Prior to joining ICW, Pedro worked on

data consulting projects through his university in Brazil, collaborating with

companies across a range of sectors. Working across sectors, he was

especially drawn to projects with banks and market-facing problems, which helped spark his interest in financial markets and investing.
